The CVC or CVV number is the security code located on the back of MasterCard or Visa credit or cheque cards. It is typically the last 3 digits printed on the signature strip on the back of the card.
We try to look up your street address based on what you type in. This helps get the accurate location of the cleaning address for the cleaner. You can select your address from the list as shown in the image below.
Once you select the street address from the list, we will autocomplete the city, province and postal code for you.
This information is only required if the address is part of a complex or a residential estate.
This fee helps us run our platform and offer services like phone and after-hours email support.
Repeat booking options (Weekly, Every 2nd Week, Every 3rd Week or Every 4th Week) don't incur a service fee.
