“Spin and Win” Competition: Terms & Conditions
Spin the virtual competition wheel and stand a chance to win one of the prizes below.
Competition Period: The competition commences on Tuesday, 19 March 2019 and will terminate at midnight on Friday 29 March 2019. No late entries will be accepted.
Who can enter: You are entitled to participate in this competition if (i) you are a natural person who is at least 18 years old, who resides in South Africa; and (ii) it is lawful for you to be awarded the prize. Employees or agencies of Sweepsouth and/or Loot.co.za, Wellness Warehouse, Netflorist & Cape Union Mart, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Competition may not enter the Competition.
How to enter: You will automatically be entered into this competition when you spin the virtual competition wheel during the Competition Period. By entering the competition you agree to receive communication from all the partners featured : Sweepsouth, Loot.co.za, Wellness Warehouse, Netflorist & Cape Union Mart. The virtual competition wheel can be accessed via the Sweepsouth social media pages and in selected promotional emails sent by us during the competition period.
How many times can you enter: Spins are limited to two entries per participant. You will be eligible to receive entries when (a) you submit your details and refer a friend (b) an additional 1 entry if you refer the competition to three friends.
Prizes: Once you have spun the wheel, you will be notified if you have won a prize. You will also be emailed information regarding your prize.

R50 Voucher - Voucher expires on 31st May 2019

R5000 Voucher - Voucher expires on 31st March 2020
Loot
Hisense 50" LED UHD Smart TV worth R7500 - Winners will be contacted within 3 -5 working days to arrange prize. Prize is not transferable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Winners need to have a valid SABC TV license in order for the TV to be released/delivered and will need to supply Loot with these details.
Philips Avance Digital Airfryer -Winners will be contacted within 3 -5 working days to arrange prize. Prize is not transferable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Morphy Richards Aspect Wood Trim 4-Slice Toaster - Winners will be contacted within 3 -5 working days to arrange prize. Prize is not transferable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Netflorist:
R7000 Voucher - Winners will be contacted within 3-5 working days. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
R500 Voucher - Winners will be contacted within 3-5 working days. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
R100 off - This voucher is valid for 1 purchase session only. Only 1 voucher may be redeemed per person, per transaction. This voucher may not be used to purchase experiences. This voucher can be redeemed online at www.netflorist.co.za.
Wellness Warehouse:
Wellness Pillar Candles & Diffuser set - Winners will be contacted within 3-5 working days. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Wellness Gift Card - Winners will be contacted within 3-5 working days. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
R100 off min Spend R750 Voucher - spend R750 or more and receive R100 off. Cannot be applied on deals items and any marked down items. Discount is only applied to total order value and not the delivery fee.
Cape Union Mart:
Win the gear to help you get out to the value of R5000: The prize winner will be contact by Cape Union Mart to arrange the selection and collection of their prize. The prize is only redeemable from a physical Cape Union Mart store and is non-transferable. The winner will be able to select any gear/apparel to the value of R5000 only. Should the winners total basket equate to more than the R5000, the difference will be for their own account. The winner will be required to present their ID in store when claiming their prize.
Win a down jacket to the value of R2000: The prize winner will be contact by Cape Union Mart to arrange the selection and collection of their prize. The prize is only redeemable from a physical Cape Union Mart store and is non-transferable. The winner will be able to select one down jacket to the value of R2000 only. Should the winner’s selection equate to more than R2000, the difference will be for their own account.
Should their basket not equate to R2000 the difference will be forfeited. The winner will be required to present their ID in store when claiming their prize.
Win your share of R200 vouchers: This voucher can only be redeemed at nominated Cape Union Mart Stores and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher must be successfully authorised prior to acceptance. Acceptance of this voucher remains at the sole discretion of Cape Union Mart. Misuse of this voucher constitutes fraud. This voucher is valid for three years from date of issue. Should this gift voucher be lost or stolen, neither Cape Union Mart nor any of its subsidiaries and/or agents will be liable for any form of reimbursement or compensation of any nature.

Winners: Successful participants will be emailed the relevant information after 24 Hours of submitting contact details on the relevant website. Where indicated, Sweepsouth will get in touch with winners within a period of 3-5 working days to arrange delivery or issuing of bigger prizes where indicated.
Use of participant and winner information: By participating in this competition, you agree to subscribe to and receive newsletters from SweepSouth & partners featured : Loot.co.za, Wellness Warehouse, Netflorist & Cape Union Mart. Any marketing material sent to you will have a clear opt-out should you wish to unsubscribe from correspondence with any of the Promoters.
Unforeseen events: SweepSouth, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer. No member of SweepSouth is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of SweepSouth which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
Rules: By participating in this competition, you agree to all the competition rules set out above, without exception. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
