Life happens. Plans change, schedules move around, and sometimes you need to make a quick adjustment to your booking. If you need to edit your Sweepsouth booking, the app makes it easy to update your details without having to cancel and start again.

1. Where can I edit my Sweepsouth booking?
You can edit your booking directly through the Sweepsouth mobile app only.
If you originally booked through the website and need to make a change, simply open the app to update your booking. If you need any help, our support team is always happy to assist.
2. How do I edit my booking in the Sweepsouth app?
There are two easy ways to update your booking:
Edit your booking from your bookings list
- Open the Sweepsouth app.
- Go to Bookings.
- Find the booking you’d like to update.
- Tap the three dots (…) menu.
- Select Edit.
Edit your booking from your booking details
- Open the booking you’d like to change.
- Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
- Make your changes and save your updated booking.
That’s it. Your booking will be updated without needing to cancel and create a new one.
3. What can I change on my booking?
Depending on your booking, you may be able to update:
- Your booking date
- Your start time
- The number of hours
- Your tasks needed
- Your SweepStar preference
If you simply need to move your appointment, you can update your booking date or time directly in the app. There’s no need to cancel and start over.
4. Can I edit my repeat booking?
You can select:
Only this booking
This updates just the selected appointment. For example, if you have visitors coming over and need to move one service, you can update that booking without changing your usual schedule.
All repeat bookings
This updates your future bookings in your repeat schedule. This is helpful when your routine changes and you need to update your regular service going forward.
5. Will editing my booking change my price?
Some changes won’t affect your price, such as updating your start time or adding notes to your booking.
Your price may change if you update details that affect your service, including:
- The number of hours booked
- Your booking frequency
If your changes affect your price, you’ll see the updated amount before confirming your booking.
6. Can I change my booking address?
Not at this stage. A booking address can’t be changed once your booking has been created. If you need your service at a different address, you’ll need to cancel your existing booking and create a new one with the correct address.
When creating your new booking, you can request your preferred SweepStar, depending on availability.
7. When can’t I edit my booking?
You can edit your booking until 12pm on the day before your appointment. After this time, your booking is locked so your SweepStar has enough time to prepare for your visit.
You won’t be able to edit your booking if:
- Your SweepStar has already confirmed the appointment
- The booking time has passed
- The booking has already been completed
If the Edit option is missing or greyed out, it means your booking can no longer be changed.
8. Do I need to cancel and book again?
Not at all. Whenever possible, editing your Sweepsouth booking is the easiest way to make changes while keeping your existing booking details. Instead of cancelling and creating a new booking, simply update your details in the app and keep your routine on track.
