We’re proud to share that Sweepsouth has been awarded first place in the ‘Digital Platforms’ category of the prestigious SA Tech Challenge 2025 — a G20 Presidency initiative that recognises South Africa’s most innovative and impactful technology solutions.

As winners in our category, we’ll now represent South Africa at the G20 Digital Innovation Alliance (G20–DIA) Summit in Cape Town this September. The summit will bring together innovators from G20 and guest countries to showcase solutions to investors, corporates, mentors, and policymakers on a global stage.

This recognition comes at a pivotal time for us. In 2025, Sweepsouth expanded into new verticals including moving cleaning, office cleaning, dog walking, laundry and ironing, mom’s helper, and elder care. These new services not only create fresh value for customers, but also unlock thousands of additional work opportunities across the sector.
