- Firstly, let us know where you need your SweepStar to arrive by entering your address in the tab at the top of the page.
- Once you’ve finalised that, you’ll have the opportunity to enter a voucher code and enjoy a discount.
- Now we’ll look at the rest of the steps required for each specific service, starting with Home Cleaning:
- Give us the specifics detailing the number of bedrooms and bathrooms there are in the home requiring cleaning (all other common areas are included).
- All general cleaning tasks are included so far, so if you’d like any extras included, you’ll then have the option to choose from the following: Laundry & Ironing; Inside Fridge; Inside Oven; Inside Cabinets; Interior Windows; Interior Walls.
- Adjust the duration of your booking if need be by adding or subtracting hours.
- Choose how often you’d like a service to take place. Weekly bookers get up to 28% OFF!
- Opt for booking cover at a mere R19 extra.

- A SweepStar’s profile contains information detailing where they’re from, what their interests and hobbies are, and how previous employers have described them.
- Additional useful information on a SweepStar’s profile tells you whether they have childcare experience and whether or not they work around dogs and cats.
- SweepStars are rated by clients after a service using a scale that ranges from 1 to 5. This culminates in an average rating for your benefit.

1. How to Contact Your SweepStar
Once your booking is complete, you’re able to contact your SweepStar should the need arise. Whether you’ve booked through the app or our homepage, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email that lists a contact number for your chosen SweepStar.
If you’ve booked through the app, you’ll have the added ability to contact your SweepStar there. Open the app and click on a booking, followed by ‘Call’ or ‘Message’ to get hold of your SweepStar via phone call or text message.
2. Do You Need to Pick Up/Drop Off Your SweepStar?
The most important point to note here is that there’s no obligation on you as the client to collect or drop your SweepStar off before and after the service. SweepStars cover their own transport costs and work in areas that are easy to travel to and those they are familiar with. 1. Do You Need to Provide Lunch for Your SweepStar?
Once again, the answer to this question is no – there is no obligation on you as the client to provide lunch for your SweepStar. However, with most bookings extending past 5 hours, we’ve found that the majority (if not all) clients are happy to provide their SweepStar with a meal and some coffee or tea to enjoy during a break, which is always met with great appreciation from our side and theirs.

As we are always looking at ways to improve to ensure the service you receive is of the highest quality, your feedback is not only greatly appreciated but vital in this regard. We ask that you give them an honest yet fair grading based on the quality of the work they completed, their attitude, and the overall impression left. You’ll also be able to leave comments by either clicking on the buttons already given, or typing out something yourself.
2. Tipping Your SweepStar
We’re proud to offer clients the ability to tip their SweepStars if they feel it has been earned; and more than that, we’re also extremely grateful for the amount of tips that SweepStars receive on a daily basis.
